ReciproCare is free for caregivers and other jobseekers, always. Employers pay us a monthly subscription fee for access of our platform so that they can connect with potential employees.

Jobs are posted as soon as the employers on ReciproCare have new openings, so it’s important to check ReciproCare often.
All of the employers on ReciproCare have detailed profiles with information about their business and why it’s a great place to work. You can also search employers by pay, location, benefits, and more to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
If an employer wants to interview you, you will receive an email, text message, and/or phone call from that employer. If an employer contacts you about a job, please respond right away.
We ask all employers to contact applicants within 72 hours. However, if you apply for a job and don’t hear anything it just means that you weren’t the best fit this time. Don’t worry! There will be lots of new jobs and opportunities that will come your way on ReciproCare.
It depends. Some employers on ReciproCare will hire caregivers without any experience, and others will not. You can learn more about each employer’s policies by visiting their profile page.
Most likely. Many of the employers on ReciproCare will require you to come in for an interview and/or orientation. You can learn more about employers on ReciproCare by visiting their profile pages.
Your information is stored on secure servers and your sensitive information, including your address and date of birth, is encrypted for extra protection.
Your information is saved after you complete each page as you sign up.
Your information will be stored on ReciproCare as long as your account is active and you give us permission to store it. If you change your mind, and want to delete your account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not complete your profile within 90 days of joining ReciproCare, it will be removed from our database and we will provide you notice of the action.
Only ReciproCare and the employers on ReciproCare will have access to your full profile.
You can apply to as many jobs as you like as long as you meet the requirements listed in the job posting.
Absolutely! You can change your application at any time by logging into your account and selecting “Profile" from the menu. From there you can select each application you’d like update.
It is our policy that you must complete your profile before you can submit it to employers for jobs. Just like we only work with employers who are serious about hiring caregivers, we only allow caregivers to apply once they have taken the time and steps to complete their profile.
For each day of the week, we will ask you if you are available in the morning (8am-12pm), afternoon (12pm-4pm), evening (4pm-8pm), or overnight (8pm-8am).
You can select as many of the options as you like. After that, there will be a category that will allow you to explain your availability in further detail. That’s your chance to tell us anything else you want us to know about your schedule.
If your availability changes you can update it in your profile by following these simple steps:
1. Sign in to your account
2. Go to "Menu" and select "Profile"
3. Go to the "Work Schedule"
4. Fill in the schedule just like you did the first time you signed up.
It will automatically save it after you complete each page.
Having a criminal history will not prevent you from joining ReciproCare or applying to jobs. Each employer on ReciproCare has their own policies regarding employee criminal history, and you can learn more about each employer by viewing their profiles.
Employers like to verify that you have all of the certifications and training that you list in your profile, so having all of your documents added to your profile will make it easier for employers to hire you.
You can add your documents by going to the “Certifications & Clearance" section of your profile. Go through all the steps in that section, and you will see the instructions on how to take photos of the documents with your phone to add them to your profile.

While monthly credits are renewed at the start of each period, unused credits do not roll over.
Unfortunately, some of the turnover in the industry starts during the interview process. While it is disappointing when a caregiver doesn’t show up for an interview, we do not provide additional credits for no shows. We suggest rapidly scheduling interviews and sending text reminders to increase show rates.
