IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED! A fast-growing, award-winning Maryland home care agency in Montgomery County is hiring a Registered Nurse to assume the role of Director of Nursing (DON) and Client Services for their home care agency. We are helping them to recruit!

They are eager to hire an entrepreneurial and creative RN with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for serving seniors, and is hungry for leadership and opportunities. The company's CEO is looking for a nurse who can lead with him, have the #2 role in the company, improve processes, and help to grow the business. Lots of opportunities to be creative. There is even the potential for revenue share for a DON who helps to grow the business.

Duties:
The Director of Nursing will be excited to oversee the care provided by the agency's nursing assistants, engage with families, develop care plans, and other traditional DON duties. You will conduct in-home assessments to evaluate the client's functional level and the client's need for assistance to perform activities of daily living, develop written care plans and conduct supervisory visits and re-assess and update the care plans. You will also address compliance functions, quality standards, and policy improvements to ensure the best possible care is delivered.

Duties will flex Monday through Sunday, as dictated by client needs, and include on-call phone coverage, for emergencies 24 hours/7 days
